8230; blogging my GRAND CANYON travel adventures. Welcome to the Grand Canyon. So I never been to Arizona before. But my first travel job took me to the little town of Glendale, AZ to work the 2008 Superbowl. After finishing up and heading back to New Mexico, I decided to take a side trip and spend a couple of days at the Grand Canyon. It was only about 45 minutes off my normal route back.
