Ibland är man inte klar för sina föresatser. I lördags bestämde vi att inte köra Triathlon i söndags. Normalt är jag inte en person som står över. Nu kändes det som ett bra beslut att inte göra det. Det blir nya tag nästa år istället. Allt handlar om mental inställning och om att bestämma sig för vad man vill göra. Vara målinriktad och gå rätt väg. Ta rätt val varje dag och inte göra för stora avvikelser från sitt träningsprogram.
