Monday, October 29, 2012. Last week I camped at Cades Cove in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. I was joined by Steve Hinch. And his new bride Edyta. It was a perfect week with early morning temps about 40 and warming up to 70. There was hardly a single cloud in the sky all week. Thursday, October 24, 2013. Alaska Breaching Humbpack Whales. We also saw sea lions on rocks near an island, but nothing very exciting when one thinks of an image worth showing anyone else. At one point our boat captain got a call on the radio and told us we were leaving. He didnt tell us where we were going or what had been seen, but told us if nothing changed this was going to be worth it. Our group of six photographed the humpback whales continuously for what seemed like close to an hour. Lookin.CONTENT

On February 8, 2013. Ran across this while in between classes. Was grabbing a quick bite. Oddly, my order was lost and it took them 15 minutes to make my order. The photo was taken with my HTC Inspire using HDR Camera and cropped and annotated with Skitch.

She had just bought a nyckelharpa from Eric Sahlström, but some keys were sticking. He brought his tools to the festival and fixed it.
