Thursday, April 12, 2012. We enjoyed 4 straight days of sunshine and one of those days we ventured up the road to check out the tulip fields and a garden. As some of you know, we recently said yes to a foster care call, and some of the responses were getting to voluntarily caring for 5 children under age 6 have given me pause, and prompted a mass of thoughts that I feel the need to type out and share. These comments have ranged from. You must be a glutton for punishment. Are you sure thats a good idea? Sometimes its just not the right season for these things. How do you do it? Students will sit with their families for most of the program, and just come up to the front when their class is called up to sing and get their certificates.
