Sunday, May 13, 2012. After watching Gold Rush, on Discovery Channel, we decided to try our hand at mining for gold. Our mine is located in Nevada and the following are some pictures. This is the entrance to the main mine located on our site. It goes back about 50 feet, with a short 6 foot drift about halfway into the mine.

Monday, August 6, 2012. I did get a letter sent to the gentleman in Arizona and he called me! I did not get accepted to teach at NGS, but I tried! I did however, get to teach at the conference at the Kansas State Genealogical Society in Dodge City. It was wonderful! The people were great. I was disappointed in my photo class and need a lot of work on it. The society was great and I learned so much.
Tuesday, June 2, 2015. Well May was a big month for our family! Kaylor was blessed and as you can tell by his pictures he is just happy as can be and the cutest little guy! He is getting big and growing like crazy now! I love that he smiles all the time now! Brylee and Cierra had their big Preschool Graduation!
