Saturday, June 09, 2007. I realize its been awhile since Ive had a real NIH update, and this isnt one. This is on a slightly different topic. Ive been on a bit of a bar tending craze of late, doing a Cocktail of the Week for the last three or four months. Three of the last seven weeks weve been doing the official cocktails of the triple crown races, including today finishing off the Belmont Breeze, which is very wonderfully refreshing even though it has a lot of random ingredients. Laziness is the main cause for insufficient training ,same goes to blogging. Its ok, throughout last year,i have learn some few lesson which i should improve this year. i do manage achieve some few good and poor result , i realize that lack of training contribute to my poor performance and i should stop signup any event or longer distance before thinking twice .
