Sunday, August 4, 2013. GET BACK TO THE COUNTRY! So it is official. 24 lb gain after not scaling since Nov last year. I started acting like I was like the rest of the folks. At the end of week 4, when I last blogged, I weighed 251.1 pounds, then at the end of week 5 I weighed 246.5, a 4.6 pound loss in week 4. Then in week 5 Ive lost another 3.3 pounds, bringing my weight to 243.2. So, how much have a lost since starting Medifast? 312 POUNDS IN 6 WEEKS! Excuse me while I do my happy dance!
