52 Weeks to a Better Me. Getting better all the time. Monday, April 1, 2013. A Kick and a Reminder. If all had gone well with my first pregnancy, yesterday would have been my due date. It is likely that by now, or within this week, Jeremy and I would have welcomed a baby into our home. But, all did not. It is the one we got. And it is happy and colorful and perfect.
I will post a full report later. Suffered diarrhoea from first hour onwards. Eventually ended up in tent for several hours. Got up and jogged a few laps to finish.

After the ULTRArace 100 at the end of June my recovery included no running at all for four days followed by ten days easing back into training for my most important race of the year. August that I found out exactly who else had been selected to represent England in the Commonwealth Champ.
