Is This Real Life? Thursday, December 31, 2009. Went for a run today. Ran around one of the lakes in Fairmont. 3-4 miles in about 30-35 minutes. I am thinking that I will be a moderately hurting unit once track starts on the 11 th. But maybe my body will like me this year and adapt fast.
