THICK in the Middle. Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Im doing great with my eating. Ive lost 7lbs! Now I know its mostly water weight but I feel great and even when I wanted to eat a candy bar I didnt. I havent run since Sunday. Now its freezing cold outside. My plan is to go to the gym tomorrow and run as soon as I get off the air. Its been busy busy at work and I havent been able to do that. Tomorrow is the day. Im here writing so thats well. So why the grrrr? Is it a confidence thing? Obviously .
