Sunday, May 27, 2012. In April we were able to head to St. George for a few days over Spring Break. We had a fantastic time together just our little family! We spent a lot of time with this double jogger - lots of hiking and having fun. We were able to spend one whole day at Zions. It was a perfect day and our kids loved it! Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Everything went quicker and smoother that other births. His cord was wrapped around his neck, and it had to be cut quick. He is 7 lbs 8 oz and 20 inches long. He seems to have a giant mouth. Like all babies he looked like a gremlin at birth. He seems to look a bit like me, but maybe that will fade as he looks less and less like a gremlin.
Tuesday, August 28, 2012. They grow up too fast! Sunday, July 01, 2012. The Basement, So Far. We have lived in our townhome for five years and talked about finishing the basement from pretty much day one. 3 on the way, we decided that now is the time to finally finish the basement. This, that and something or other about our small little family! Count My Many Blessings. Blessings come in many forms these days. People, activities, events, places, weather, laws of the land, trust, honesty, strength, motivation, endurance, friendship, parenthood and even trials, weakness, loss and heart ache. To have caring friends and family in my life that keep in touch often. To have fun and interesting things to do and places to go. To have beautiful weather, rain or shine. To have an honest soul.
Monday, January 31, 2011. Not that we were ever out, really. Just dormant for about a year. And, I am a day late now. That is, Bethanie and I shook on posting on our blogs on Sunday, and it is Monday. So, in efforts to redeem myself for the lateness, I am going to give a catch up on the whole year! Christmas 2009 - Our first Christmas tree! We bought it all wrapped tight with string and just took a gamble on how it looked when it was unwrapped and puffed out- we were so lucky! .
