My name is April, I am 20000 years old. I like to keep pet flies, and bake experimental biscuits. This blog, as the name would suggest, is updated every weekend. At this moment in time it has no specific theme. I will do my best to be entertaining, and secure some passing glances. I will relay to you things that I would like to see, have seen, and am going to see. The weakened is a squealing hairless, baby mole right now, but with time I hope it will grow up into a blind, burrowing adult.

Tuesday, March 4, 2014. The first weekend in March is bittersweet. The days are getting longer, the air is warming but not yet too hot. More happily, it also means the Umstead Marathon. I have no race photos. This would be a even more boring post with no pictures. Training was decent November through January, logging about 110 miles a month. Work travel and fermented barley led to a 55 mil.
