Monday, December 1, 2014. And man, am I glad to say those words! My body is tired and worn and I am looking forward to a few months of rest. Already searching for the next race. 786 race miles in 54 days. The most grueling physical feat I have ever accomplished. The prayers, the cheers, the pledges, the hugs. I have some pretty awesome people in my life and I am so very thankful for each one of you.
We love being busy! I pretty much spent the day laying on the couch recovering from this past weekend. Saw The Dark Knight Rises with Jason, Mahlia, and a group of their friends. Went tubing and water skiing on Prior Lake. Went out for dessert with Meghan and Kevin.

Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Well, its happened. That day that kids LOVE. The day I mostly feared.and looked forward to. We talked and talked about what it was going to be like. Would he be excited? Would he make friends? Would he like his teacher? Turns out, I had no reason to fear this huge step. Because this is what I saw. He wouldnt even let us walk him to his class!
