Πράσινη Σαλάτα με Ρόκα Λόλα Μυζήθρα Χανίων και Ντρέσινγκ από Πετιμέζι. Κόβουμε με τα χέρια σε μέτρια κομμάτια τη λόλα, τη ρόκα και τα πλένουμε πολύ καλά σε κρύο τρεχούμενο νερό και λίγο ξύδι. Στεγνώνουμε καλά σε μία καθαρή πετσέτα και ψιλοκόβουμε το φρέσκο κρεμμύδι. Καλή απόλαυση με μία εθιστική και υγειηνή σαλάτα.
Monday, September 12, 2011. A New Day, A Fresh Start. Over Labor Day weekend, my mom, JT, and I made a quick trip to Charleston to visit my family.
