A place for optimism and compassion. A feeling that we should have control over. I see so many people who have no dominion over their feeling states. They have conceded to a system of living based on what is happening in their lives rather than being in control. If things are going well, they feel well, if things are not going well, they do not feel well. That is a very unhealthy roller coaster method of living.
