Wednesday, June 6, 2012. Our first yellow pear squash is set and starting to grow, as well. this is a wonderful time of the year, hardly any mosquitoes too! The back area of the yard is now growing Cascade and Chinook hop vines. The hops will eventually make their way into a home brew, if all goes well. they were planted in early May and are over 6 feet tall already! This above image is of the Cascade hop. it is much more vigorous then the Chinook at this point in time. And as always, Cheers,. 8211; A sm.
