Tuesday, November 8, 2011. My Victory Weight loss begins. Today, tuesday the 8th of November 2011. I started a program called Sponsor Me Slim. It is a program that helps promote weight loss while raising awareness of Obesity and Starvation. It Consists of 2 shakes a day and a healthy dinner to end the night off. Weigh in today was 259. Time to start feeling better about myself and loose some weight and serious inches.

I woke up in the very early hours of the morning making my mental list of all the things that I really needed to accomplish today. This was before I had my morning conversation with God.
