Tuesday, April 9, 2013. We decided to buy zoo passes! We used to get them every year and we have missed the the past few, but now we are back at it, and we talked LeeAnn into getting one too. We have already been a few times. We like to walk the same route and hit the water cave, the monkey village and then eat lunch by the petting zoo and little people park. Tuesday, August 14, 2012. For the second time in my life I get to experience the joy of being a proud mama to a beautiful baby girl. I wondered this entire pregnancy whether a delivery would be any different in loving a child than an adoption. I was so ticked off. The day continued, me being in a horrible mood, and Ben and I went to bed with no signs baby was coming.

Friday, August 17, 2012. 6th grade is middle school here. He described his first day as scary, long, scary, stressing, um, enjoyable. He got in the car after school with a smile on his face, so I think it went alright. As did the rest of the week. My A is now the oldest grade in the Elementary school. The words she chose to describe her first day are exciting, fun, sort of funny, not boring, busy. S says her first day was exciting, interesting, fun, busy, enjoyable.
