I decided in December that I was going to completely avoid Facebook in January. Why? I was in a bad habit of checking it whenever I used my phone. I felt like my limited spare time was being subtly sucked up. I wanted some time to think about why and how I use Facebook, to use it better in future. In April 2010, I started a project to watch and review the entirety of the IMDB top 250. Sunday, April 11, 2010. The original score is haunting, and mournful. One of my theories on the film is that the entire thing is just one big requiem to organized crime as it was before World War II, and the music conveys that perfectly.
