Monday, April 14, 2014. 5 Pitfalls of the Eat Clean Diet. We began our own version of the Eat Clean diet about 5 years ago. I was trying to figure out what was causing me to get frequent headaches and after much reading decided there was a good chance they were connected to something I was eating, specifically processed food additives and chemicals. No processed food, or food with ingredients that are not whole foods. Mostly organic food where available.

Tuesday, August 25, 2009. I was reminded recently that about 6 years ago on the way to my friends wedding, I made fun of a the sign for the city of Killen. Well, the Lord has quite a since of humor because I now live here. This past weekend was the annual Killen Founders Days. We went to a parade on Friday evening and then ventured out to the park for the food, music, and booths. As you can see by the pictures, we did a little bit of everything! I gotta go.
Saturday, August 15, 2015. While we were driving in the parking lot we passed a purple car. Her vocabulary for a 22 month old surprises me. I love getting her to copy different words. It was funny hearing Lexi copy that word! Lexi was fascinated by the old jar lids and played numerous games with them. Kale and Connor rinsed all my jars and then started cutting the heads of dill off.
