Sunday, August 2, 2015. SUMMER CAMPING IN ESTES. We managed to secure a camping spot for one night you have to really plan ahead to camp around here, it is THE thing to do in CO in Estes so we headed up Friday afternoon and Dad came up after work. I had to recreate one of my faves. How do they change so much in just 4 years! The Rockies are so beautiful! Because these are my children. They wanted tinfoil dinners for lunch! So we got to our spot and got to cookin! I was in PURE HEAVEN eating my lunch.
