Wednesday, April 22, 2009. Rough night in Hidden Basin, slept rolled up in a tarp just above high tideline, as you can tell, it was rough. Built a fire, Jono recovered, ate kodiak venison spaghetti. Beachcombing, lots of shipwrecks, we might have had a time warp because Jono found a watch on the barge that showed the date as two days later, but to the exact time of now. Monday, April 20, 2009.
Rose and I took a bike trip to the coast and ate mussels and frites. Stopped by Anchorage for a quick hello to friends, then flew to Seattle with Tim for a few days to visit Dr. Elise and to check out my new apartment. We piled on my flying boogie board and flew up to Port Townsend for sushi with Dr. Captain Stephen Kinsley and Laura, missed the ferry on the way back and ate four pounds of cherries instead.
