Getting there slowly but surely. I am finding the craving are getting less and less. However, I do get the urge after meals and yesterday something a bit stressful happened and I wanted a cigarette. But, I did not buy cigarettes or even contemplate it! Yesterday was a good day. Mike and I went for a long walk - well twice round Townhill Loch.

This photograph was taken at the Ink Pots in Banff Provincial Park. It was a serene view at the end of a long hike. The sun was low in the sky so our visit was too short.

Hugleiðingar sem er held ég eðlilega við svona nærri dauða reynslu. Ég gat auðvitað ekki annað en hugsað hvað ef ég hefði fengið aðeins stærra raflost og hjartað í mér hefði stoppað. Vinkona mín sem er læknir hughreysti mig þegar ég var að ræða um hjartsláttartruflanir við hana seinni partinn í dag og tilkynnti mér að ef eitthvað hefði komið fyrir hjartað í mér hefði ég dáið um leið.
