He is walking 5 miles a day and does the elliptical at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes. We are eating healthy by adding more fruits and veggies to our diet. Kirk is also watching portion sizes. He only drinks Diet Pepsi on the weekends.

Friday, December 12, 2008. St Nickolaus - Dec 6th 2008. One of my favorite Christmas traditions in St Nickolaus. We adopted this one from our missions to Germany. On December 6th the children put their shoes by the door and in the morning the shoes are filled with candy or coins or presents.

First I went to Wisconsin and spent two week with Tiff and Kurt. Everett was born while I was there and that was great to be a part of. School starts on Monday for me. I am a senior and looking forward to graduating in May.
