Before I got pregnant I was overweight. Then I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy! Now I want to share with you how my new life as a babywearing and breastfeeding mom was all I needed to lose the baby weight and now weigh less than I did before I became pregnant. By month 5 I had already lost the 50 lbs and by month 10 I had lost a total of 70 lbs! Oh and some kind of soft carrier. that was never going to happen. And so was created The Babywearing Workout.

Get me outta here! Where work and mom meet! About At Home Mama. The munchkin loves Finding Nemo. Needless to say, I won. I set the tank up and we went together and picked out plants and fish. The munchkin is so excited, I have to tell her to step back from the tank and to not tap on it. We even got a Nemo decoration for inside. I thought this would be a great additio.

Every expecting family deserves a DOULA! I have a love and passion for Mommies and families as they are bringing their baby into the world, and am honored to be a part of your miracle! Doulas are not only beneficial to families who desire unmedicated birth, but also for those who require induction for medical reasons, prefer medicated pain relief, planned cesarean, etc. A good, supportive doula realizes that not one type of birth is right for every family across the board.

Moving away form a infested home of mold to a farm. I am healing myself of Candida, and leaky gut syndrome which both are no picnic. This face below makes it all a bit easier. Emily has me scattering, in many directions. We are under going tests this week. I will be back here when the time allows.
