SOME HISTORY AND THE LOCALE. The horseshoe Inn is a traditional country pub set in the tranquill village of Marcross in the Heritage coast area of the vale of Glamorgan. Marcross is just over three miles from Llantwit major and about eight miles from Bridgend. Built in the Nineteenth century by the Radcliffe family of South Glamorgan as it was then, the pub has been serving the local farming community for well over a century.
