No backing out of orders after payment is made. Is not responsible for the tracking of the parcels and any damages or loss of items caused by the delivery. Do not do meet-ups, all parcels are delivered by singpost. Is not responsible for the mistakes in colours, size or defects from the supplier. The actual colours of product may differ slightly due to the different computer settings and the lighting conditions while the photos were taken.

Bank details will be stated in the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice if payment is not received within 3 days.

All items will be inspected before packing and delivered through singpost. 150 per item for apparels. 250 per item for handbags. It is advisable to have your orders sent via registered mail so as to prevent loss of items through normal mail postage.

Items are not allowed for exchange unless for a higher price item with top up. Products returned must be in original packaging, not worn nor washed before. Shoppers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange. We regret that no cash refund is allowed.
