Transit, prearranged minivan took us right to our apartment about a twenty five minute ride into the city. Traffic seemed light and the freeways uncrowded in this city of 6 million, and country of 18 million! Floor no less. Though going out on this deck with a somewhat low rail took a fair amount of nerve! You would not find this kind of deck in the Continental US! Nell and MB had found a great place for us, with it being a short half block walk to the Metro! .
