Welcome to The Rustic Leopard! The Rustic Leopard is an independently owned and operated boutique located in the small town of Borger, TX.
Round Boules are 20oz and Baguettes are 15oz. Traditional European Pain Au Levain bread made by the French process of triple fermentation that creates a subtle combination of wheat and sourdough flavor. Mildly tart sourdough sprinkled with sea salt and enhanced with fresh rosemary and lemon zest. Best when paired with Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Perfect when toasted for breakfast with a dab of butter.
