The leaves are almost off the trees. Hope everyone had a great Halloween! Soon, Thanksgiving will be here and Christmas will be sneaking upon us. I love the holidays! Its a time for sharing, caring and memories. A time spending with family, friends and neighbors. We were blessed to have him with us as long as we did.

The Rustic Loaf - Our Breads

Round Boules are 20oz and Baguettes are 15oz. Traditional European Pain Au Levain bread made by the French process of triple fermentation that creates a subtle combination of wheat and sourdough flavor. Mildly tart sourdough sprinkled with sea salt and enhanced with fresh rosemary and lemon zest. Best when paired with Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Perfect when toasted for breakfast with a dab of butter.
