Last year, Troy and I took a much needed get-a-way and Susannah stayed home with Lala and Papa. This year we were excited to take her with us! She talked about going on a boat and wearing life jackets for a full week before we arrived.

Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Despite a lovely invite from friends for dinner yesterday, we were going to be spending New Years Eve at home. We felt we shouldnt drag our germy, coughing offspring into close proximity of others. Ah well, such is life. Seeing as we probably got our germs from my sisters girls, we figured they were the only people we could, in good conscience, associate with. Ha!
