Friday, July 3, 2015. It has taken far too long to finish but here is my completed swap quilt. I chose to use floral print setting triangles from the stash. Thank you to everyone who sent me beautiful blocks to make a quilt I treasure. Thanks also to Marsha and Katie - my fellow organisers in this swap.
One one hand, not much has happened in the last 2 years, since my last blog post. New laptop, the other I had for 7 years, finally decided it had enough. I have not done much quilting. I miss sharing my work, so I am going to work hard at trying to write more often.

Saturday, June 7, 2014. Today was the paint out for the FCPS at Princess Place Preserve. Say that 3 times fast! I almost blew this off as it looked to rain like mad this morning, but it was our last event until the the fall when the temps and humidity die back a bit. I figured we would be huddled under a picnic roof somewhere, but decided yo go anyway. As it turns out, it was a beautiful day. And here is another little crawly that was fishing in my pool. Saturday, April 24, 2010. Wednesday, March 17, 2010. A few weeks ago we went to Indianapolis to visit one of my cousins and met up with Michael, Jill, and the kids there. We had a fun filled weekend of sledding and playing. Thanks to James and Lisa for graciously hosting all of us- we had six kids under one roof all under the age of 5. and it was much less chaotic than expected! Daddy Daughter Dance Night.
