Product Managers, turn a weakness into a strength. Much to my chagrin I do not code. I certainly understand the value in knowing how to code at least at a basic level as a Product Manager.

To over analyze and over emphasize and over everything that I do or think. I am just finishing a book by Brian McLaren. Called The Secret Message of Jesus.
