Sunday, December 21, 2014. Cookies, Towing and Mockingjay. Last weekend I finally made cookies. Boyfriend had only been asking about them for months. I felt bad because Ive been wanting. To make them, I just didnt have the time. And on the random weekends that I did have the time, I wound up doing nothing because thats what I wanted to do. Sharing the joys of conscious movement for health. This morning I had my first colonoscopy, per the recommendations for someone age 50. Everything went well and I am completely healthy. But only minutes after I walked out of the surgical center, I began to have very sharp pains in my stomach. Trapped gas is a common problem following this procedure. Sitting was not comfortable, standing worse and lying down did not ease the pain fully.
