Thursday, June 6, 2013. I love learning about brothers. I knew almost nothing about boys growing up. I have 4 boy cousins, but they are all substantially younger so they were so much fun, but they did what Linde and I convinced them to do. I was so nervous when then doctor announced that Avery was a boy, ask any NICU nurse about 36 week wimpy white boys. But, my little wimpy white boy was a spitfire and did great! The boys love to play sports tog.
Monday, August 13, 2012. We were a bit behind on the first photoshoot for Miss Cora. I love a good lower lip pout. I find myself wanting to freeze this stage in our lives. I think it conveys professionalism.

Where there is great love, there are always miracles. It is so hard for me to belive that a year has already flown by. This has been the best year of our lives and we are so blessed to have a healthy and happy boy. He is such an easy kid most of the time and we are very spoiled! This is him first thing after having his morning bottle.

Speaking of birthdays, this precious, happy baby turned 3 on Monday. Those are some serious cheeks. And my one and only son turned 6 last month. Oh my word, he was cute. Also has great fashion sense. Monday, January 6, 2014. The fab 4 reunion! So i got to see one of my very best friends in august when KP and i visited San Fran. and then again in september when Erin came to Texas to visit for the first time in FOREVER! She was actually here again in november for a work trip. i LOVE the time we got to spend together in 2013! When she lived in Dallas nicole, nikki, erin and i used to have SO much fun getting out for dinner and GNO as often as possible! I love you guys! A random night at fireside pies! .

Friday, July 10, 2015. These ladies greeted us when we got back from Texas. These cows are scheduled to have their calves in April, so several had already had theirs. These are the bunch that Kory is in charge of calving so we spend lots of time with these lovely ladies. Tired boy zonked out while we were checking. Quinn has learned how to cut the strings on the net wrap. Its pretty hard work for a little guy on his tippy toes. Calf 903 representing my East Texas Roots! The sun came out and there was .CONTENT

Lenas first trip to the aquarium. Most important bit of news. Ricky, Jan and Lena Phillips. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Lena and I went to the Florida Aquarium in Tampa for the first time. Lena loves looking at fish so I figured she would love it, and she did! We went with Laura and Ethan and the kiddies had a great time!
