DAY90 ちょっとすぎたけどPCP終了 PCPの90日間ドラマでした色んな場面が思い出され色んな風景や出会った人々雨ふったりどっぴカンの海だったり仕事抜け出しての合同練習だったり はじめは40歳越えて無駄な贅肉ついてきたしサーフィン行ってもなんか体の切れわるいし. 気が付いたらどんどんPCPの深みにはまりドップリPCPERになってましたね WORK OUTが気になって早く仕事切り上げなきゃだったり 出張の早朝の新幹線の中でお弁当広げて卵の黄味除いて白身だけ食べたり. 脂肪は完全に落ちているけど後半の卵の白身これでもかメニューの前のせいか筋肉の厚みがまだまだです これもきつかったなーブランコのように揺れるから余計腹筋を使うような気がして脚も思うように上がらなかった 毎日毎日3食いや5食だよね.
