Tuesday, September 2, 2014. The Cast Is Off! Robbie got his cast off at exactly 8 weeks. I was incredibly shocked yet relieved! Last week Joel took him to his 2 week follow-up and the surgeon said everything is looking good. No brace is necessary. We are so excited to have that surgery behind us and we are looking forward to seeing how Robbie develops now that his hip is repaired! Robbie started walking again within 1 day of the cast coming off crazy! First sucker - I feel like it was well deserved!CONTENT
