This blog documents our attempt to travel from London to Minneapolis, build a craft and sail her down the Mississippi 1845 miles to New Orleans and fly home all in 30 days. On August 25th 2013 we completed our source to sea kayak of the Mississippi River! 2013, Sam Norman, Matt Fraser and Harry Hogg cast off on their epic journey down the Mississippi river from source to sea by kayak. By August 25th we had kayaked the 2231 mile length and spent 80 days on the river with no support team.
