Monday, February 10, 2014. I woke up with this phrase running through my mind one morning a little over a week ago. Little did I know how much this phrase would be motivation for Shawn and me in the days ahead. Just last Saturday, as in 8 days ago, our team mates got some life changing news. They discovered that a family emergency was calling them home so they could adopt a 9 year old little boy who has had a tough life. Talk about a fearful situation! Friday, August 30, 2013. Monday, May 12, 2014. We finally took the front of the crib off for Annalie. She is so excited for her toddler bed! Only a few more months before she needs to move into a bunk bed with her sister! She is excited about that move, too. Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Nothing makes my heart happier than seeing my kids happy and watching them meet special people in life that they connect with.

Wednesday, March 3, 2010. We had our 1 year well check appointment and aside from the 4 shots Drew had to endure, the appointment went very well. As always the most fun part of visiting the doctor is finding out how much this guy has grown since the last appointment. For his 1 year visit, Drew weighed in at 24 lbs.
