Well, I kind of fell off the wagon. 8 pounds on November 17, 2009. After that, my weight went up, and up and up! This was the jump start that I needed! So on week 2 I weighed in at 188. 4 pound loss! I did it, now to continue on doing it.
Sunday, July 7, 2013. My home is not paradise yet, so I need to keep up with it. I really need to get a grip on my clutter and unorganized areas in my home and life. So to start, this week I will be Organizing my mind.

Tuesday, June 22, 2010. I decided to discontinue this blog and start posting my recipes on my main blog Ah Me So Hongry. The Misadventures of a Weight Watchers Repeat Offender. I started a new approach to working my program just to see what would happen. I decided to end my eating time at 7pm each night, drinking only water from then to bedtime. The weigh in was beautiful! Long workdays .
