Thursday, January 5, 2012. Today my darling baby boy is 2 years old! Celebrating him and looking at old pictures leads me to reflect on the day Samuel was born and the following 6 days he spent in the NICU. Was it something about the c-section? Was it something inside his little body? Eventually I did get to hold my boy. Here his nurse is showing me his face right before I got to have him in my arms for the first time! And as you may imagine, tears flowed freely that day. And today will celebrate his sec.
Friday, October 10, 2014. We are back from our summer vacation and finally settling into a new normal routine. Garrison is finally potty trained! Sadly, Samuel is still not. Cooler temps are on their way. 100F feels downright pleasant when you have been living with 115F for 2 months. just because we think he is so cute! He is about a month old in these last two.
