I finally got round to using the embossing mat that I bought months ago and was impressed with the lovely paisley print it gave the fondant. I also got round to using the rose mould that again, I bought months ago. It was super easy to use and produced these really cute little roses.

Monday, February 20, 2012. Having just returned from camping trip number three, which has fortunately improved from camping trip number one. On some of the reasons why I love camping. 1- We get to wear silly headbanz and play games together. 2- On rainy camp days, I have time to read! 3- My children create hideouts in the bunks and entertain themselves with no toys at all. Even work on a little school work together.

Sunday, August 9, 2015. I really like how they turned out. I stenciled these glassine bags to wrap them in. I also stenciled a shadow-like image on each one. There was a lot of ink left on the stencil, so I pressed it onto white cardstock and will use the prints for future projects.
