On Friday, all good choices, but then went to the seaside on Saturday for the firework display and had fish and chips, bad choice, but then I did do a lot of walking too. Mood wise I have been ok. But today Ive been in a bit of a bad mood. My friends nan died Friday so I had her round today to keep her company, weve just chilled with the twins and chatted loads. Hope I have a good week.
