Becoming A Heath

I use a mixture of equal parts ground turkey and pork. I like these to be lean, and since we have them so often, I try to cut back on how much grease we use. I start with sauteing up onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, and jalapeno in a pan with some EVOO. I want the onion translucent and the garlic fragrant.
