Friday, October 21, 2011. A Trip to Gladewater TX. That sounds simple enough right? Gladewater is a small East Texas town, population just over 6,000 and it seems every one of them decided to open an antique shop. We parked downtown next to the railroad tracks and were able to walk about a quarter mile in every direction. We did find a map at one point which was helpful. Luckily our trip was a success and we were able to find exactly what we were looking fo.
Thursday, November 15, 2012. Owen really enjoyed the inflatables. On Halloween night, I was able to get off work at 6 instead of 7. I cooked dinner and Marcus and Owen took care of the Trick or Treaters. Owen was fascinated with all the dressed up kids. He just hung out by the window-and tried to sneak candy-most of the night.
