Mix graham cracker, butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar in medium sized mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly into an 8x8 baking pan. Microwave chocolate chips for 30 seconds. If not melted, microwave for another 30 seconds until melted. Pour chocolate over peanut butter mixture. Place pan in refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
