The events and happenings in the lives of the Ken and Margret Harris Family. Friday, October 28, 2011. Last Tuesday night, we had a dinner and a missionary activity with the youth. This recipe was suggested by one of the leaders. We served it with tossed salad and rolls, and the leftovers were even better the next day. It was easy to put together too.
The Harris Farm is a third generation family owned and operated farm in Harrisburg, NC. It began as a dairy farm providing milk for Cabarrus Creamery in the 1960s; currently the farm raises grass fed beef cattle, goats, and sales bailed hay. During Halloween time the farm transforms into Scary Dairy to host the only haunted hayride in Cabarrus County, as people from far and near come to visit for a hayride through the old barns, pastures, and across Reedy Creek.
