The Hamery Aged Artisan Country Hams since 1968
We were in San Francisco at a restaurant called Hogs and Rocks and ordered a variety of hams to sample. There were five, one from Italy, jamon from Spain, a ham from South Carolina and one from Iowa. Your ham was so much better than any of the others, there was no comparison I want to surprise my husband with one for his birthday. The Hamery was recently featured on the show, Tennessee Crossroads.
