Hot Nugs - AKA The Armstrongs. Sunday, April 14, 2013. Spring Break Trip to AZ. Spring Break took us to warm and sunny Arizona this year. We decided it was high time we go see the Grand Canyon, plus my parents are playing hooky there in the winter months. It turned into quite an adventure! We met my parents in Cameron, AZ. Cam was pretty excited to find out there is a town with his name! From there we toured the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. It was GRAND! Cameron in Cameron, AZ.

Monday, March 11, 2013. We are grateful for many things today. Steve just received news that his markers are still stable! Whew - every six months he has extensive testing and just prior to learning the results you might say that we are a bit on edge. His doctor said he will need to come back in nine months for his next work up and have lab work quarterly rather than monthly. Thank you! Steve, Lynn, Audrey, Charmaine Halversen.
