Thursday, February 12, 2015. A Wilted Yellow Rose. Oh, so sad, so very sad to report the reality that the Yellow Rose Rug Camp held in Belton TX appears to be a total goner. This is a real loss for a camp that was a great success from 2008 until this year. Just two days ago I received an email from one of my students asking why she hadnt heard from me to discuss her project with camp only a few weeks away? On to a POSITIVE note from Texas. Charlotte from TX sent me this picture of her completed Puttin.CONTENT

Tuesday, June 2, 2015. The kids wanted to wear their swimsuits, against my better judgment. It was February after all! We could not have had more perfect weather though. As soon as we got there the girls headed straight for the water. We witnessed the most beautiful sunset. It was such a lovely day with family, even with the failed campfire. I love where I live!
