I cant quite believe that I had never tasted, let alone cooked with, a cobnut until a couple of weeks ago. All those years missing out on what is a very tasty nut. Still, Im on the case now just as the season starts to draw to a close. 100g fresh cobnuts, shelled weight. 125g golden caster sugar. 1 tbsp plain flour. 2 tbsp golden caster sugar.CONTENT
